GEAS Lifetime Achievement Award Winners: Al Larson, Hilda Larson, Matt McCoy, and Sue Norton. | My Kitchen Window & the Legacy of Hilda Larson Hilda Larson wrote columns for Golden Eagle Audubon Society beginning the 1980s, and for the Southwestern Idaho Birds Association in 2007, contributing stories, observations, as well as cartoons and sketches for the newsletters. She continued writing for both organizations until her passing in 2014. Hilda wrote with great warmth, curiosity, and humor. Now you can enjoy a collection of her columns and sketches in My Kitchen Window, complied by Sue Norton and Cathy Eells, with book design by Niels Nokkentved. The collection also includes a history of Hilda and Al Larson's project of setting up blue bird trails in Idaho. How to purchase My Kitchen Window Copies are $13. Proceeds from the book go to GEAS and the Southwestern Idaho Birds Association (SIBA). Contact Sue Norton or Cathy Eells:
