Golden Eagle Audubon Society is proud to have joined the Sagebrush-Steppe Chapter as a partner in 2020. Along with the Idaho Fish and Game Department and the Idaho Botanical Garden, we look forward to helping educate the next cohort of Master Naturalists and awesome volunteers!

The Idaho Master Naturalist Program aims to develop a corps of well-informed volunteers to actively work toward stewardship of Idaho’s natural environment. Any adult who enjoys nature and is interested in learning more can become a Master Naturalist.

Master Naturalists receive 40 hours of education and earn certification by volunteering 40 hours of their time over the course of a year. Idaho Master Naturalists volunteer by leading field trips, growing and planting native plants, educating the public—the list is endless!
