Wetland Restoration at Idaho Expo

  • Library at Hillcrest 5246 West Overland Road Boise, ID, 83705 United States (map)

The eastern end of the former Les Bois Park is being transformed into a new 50-acre oasis along the Boise River Greenbelt. Currently under construction, the Park at Expo Idaho will restore historic wetlands with meandering streams, willow groves, and habitat for birds and other wildlife, featuring more than $10 million worth of native plants sourced from nurseries across the Mountain West and Northwest. Ada County Project Manager Josh Brown will discuss the project and the vision guiding this restoration.

Join us on Tuesday, March 24 at 6:15 p.m. to learn more about this project. This program is free and no registration is required.
