Southwest Idaho is home to many fascinating raptors, and this class will introduce you to twelve species you’re likely to see in the region. You’ll learn how to identify both juvenile and adult birds—whether they’re soaring overhead or perched—and discover the best places to find them. We’ll also explore the habitat and behavior of each species.

This class is taught by Golden Eagle Audubon volunteers for Boise Learns - Community Education. Registration is required.
