Warm Springs Pollinator Garden Work Day

June 9 work day in the rain

Golden Eagle Audubon Society played an instrumental role in creating the native plant garden at City of Boise Warm Springs Park.  The garden is filled with a wide variety of native plants and supports a diversity of birds and bugs.

GEAS volunteers help with the maintenance of the garden in the spring and fall.  Now it's time to pull out the weeds that are growing fast and thin over ambitious native plants.

Tools will be provided, but bring your own gloves.  Bring your own pruners, loppers, and trowels if you'd like.  Dress for the weather and bring water.  There is a restroom near by.

Bonus:  Go home with some small native plants that you can plant in your yard.

Space is limited. Please register, don’t just show up. Contact Liz for more information at lpaul@goldeneagleaudubon.org
